Hamilton Island has welcomed its first new hotel in years with the opening of The Sundays, a 59-room boutique property offering a modern, laidback take on the classic island getaway. Designed by Carrie Williams, the hotel combines coastal interiors, First Nations art, and family-friendly features, including sunrise yoga, moonlit movies, and a signature “Sundays Sundae.”
At the heart of the hotel is Catseye Pool Club, a restaurant led by acclaimed chefs Josh and Julie Niland, offering seasonal Australian fare and poolside cocktails curated by Sam Cocks.
